Cherry Blossom 2021 - Print - "The Most Beautiful Tree In The World" by Bruce P. Squirrel
This is an official 16" x 20" reprint made from the original work created by Bruce P. Squirrel. The product will be printed on high quality archival paper or on stretched canvas and be printed locally in Buffalo, NY.
The original was a commission sold for 950 USD to a client in Brooklyn, NY, using oil paint on canvas and brushed with a matte finish. The painting took 24 hours. It is based on a photo titled, 'The Most Beautiful Tree in The World' which features a Cherry Blossom. I could only track the photographer back to Florida and never found a name. The photo has been widely shared on the internet.
'Pencil In The River' in North Tonawanda took care of photographing the artwork in high resolution for proper color reproduction.
The 16" x 20" giclée on archival paper will be $69.99 USD (shipping is included) and will be shipped 'rolled' in a tube. It is printed on 18" x 24" stock so that you are able to have it trimmed as necessary. It will be up to you to mount the artwork. We can do it on our side but mounting requires knowledge of where the final placement will be in relationship to the wall color and surroundings as mounting board comes in various colors.
A stretched box giclée canvas will be $179.99 USD (shipping included) and will be shipped flat with foam protection. The box canvas depth is TBD but should be no deeper than 2" will a mirrored blur on the sides. There will be more details to follow on the final depth of the canvas. We are currently only shipping within the United States. Please inquire about international shipping before your purchase.
Stay tuned as we will shoot a video of the product in warm and cool light. The finished product is naturally in tune to cool colors. The original canvas and the paper print prototype can be seen in the photos on this page.
All prints will be individually signed by me and numbered.
